1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a full website report from us. They sit alongside our general terms and conditions. If the two differ, these terms apply to the report.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JDDA Media Limited, trading as serva.digital, and “you” means the business buying the report. serva.digital is a digital agency run by its founder, David.

2. Business customers only
The full website report is for business customers only: sole traders, partnerships, companies and other organisations buying for their business. We don't sell it to consumers.
At checkout you confirm that you're buying for your business and give your business name. If we find that a report was bought by a consumer, we'll refund the payment in full and the report link will stop working.
3. What the report is
- An automated check of the publicly visible pages of one website, run on the date shown in the report.
- Every finding from that check, with what was seen, why it matters, the rule or guidance concerned, and short, general guidance on how to fix it, how big a job it usually is and who usually does it.
- Some areas need a person's judgement. The automated check caps those areas at 80 out of 100, and its overall result is called a “quick check score”.
- The check reads public pages only. It doesn't log in, submit forms, place orders or test the site for security weaknesses.
4. What the report isn't
- It isn't legal advice. Findings are indicative. Items marked “needs checking” are signals, not conclusions. Please confirm important compliance points with a qualified adviser before acting on them.
- It isn't a certificate. A report with few findings doesn't mean a site complies with the law, and it must not be presented as a badge, seal or proof of compliance.
- It's a snapshot. Websites change. The report describes the site as it was read on the date shown. Automated checks can miss things or misread pages, especially pages built with scripts or protected from automated visits.
- The fix guidance is general. It shows the size of the job, not step-by-step instructions for a particular platform.
5. Price and payment
- The price is £29, shown before you pay. No VAT is charged.
- Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
- The price is for one website and one check.
6. Delivery and access
- The report is supplied online straight after payment. You're taken to the report page, and a link is emailed to the address you give at checkout.
- Each report link works for 90 days from when it's issued. You can ask for a new link at any time while we keep the report (see section 9), using the resend my link page.
- You can download the report as a PDF from the report page, to keep.
- Anyone with the link can open the report, so please keep it private.
7. Using the report
You may use the report within your business and share it with the people who work on your website, such as your web developer, agency, hosting provider or adviser. Please don't resell the report or publish it as a whole. We keep all rights in the report's format, wording and guidance.
8. Refunds
- Full refund if the check couldn't be completed properly. If the automated check couldn't read your site well enough to produce a meaningful report (for example, the site blocked automated visits or most pages couldn't be read), we'll refund you in full.
- Full refund if a consumer bought it by mistake (see section 2).
- Otherwise, at our discretion within 14 days. If you're unhappy with the report for another reason, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment. We'll consider every request fairly and reply within 5 working days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Once a full refund is made, the report link stops working.
- To ask for a refund, use the contact form, giving the website checked and the date you paid.
This doesn't affect any rights you have that can't be excluded by law.
9. How long we keep the report
We keep a paid report for 2 years from payment, so that you can ask for a new link. After that we delete it. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires for business accounts. Our privacy policy explains this in more detail.
10. Credit against fixes or the expert audit
If, within 90 days of buying the report, you agree in writing for us to fix items from the report or to carry out the expert audit, we'll credit the £29 you paid against the agreed price. The credit is used once, against the first piece of work you agree. Any work is covered by a separate written quote or agreement.
11. The expert audit
The expert audit is a separate service, in which David goes through your site himself, including the things an automated check can't judge, then walks you through what he found on a call and sends a written summary. It costs £149 to £199, depending on the size of the site, agreed in writing before work starts. It isn't part of the full website report and is covered by our general terms and its own written quote. If you book it within 90 days of buying a report, the £29 is credited against it (see section 10).
12. Our liability
- We'll supply the report with reasonable care and skill.
- Our total liability to you in connection with a report is limited to the price you paid for it.
- We're not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any regulatory action, fine or claim relating to your website.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
13. Websites you don't run
The check reads public pages that anyone can visit. If you buy a report about a website you don't run, you're responsible for how you use it, and you must not use it to mislead, harass or make claims about others.
14. Changes, law and disputes
- We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you bought the report.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
