Website builds

Apps for your business
Booking and reservation systems, taking payments online, and other everyday apps for things like staff training, stock and orders, or dashboards. I'll help you choose the right off-the-shelf app, or build one that fits how you work.
Shopify online stores
Stores for anything from a handful of products to thousands, planned with lessons learned in big retail. I train you to run products, prices and orders yourself.
Get found on Google and AI search
Showing up when people search “near me” on Google, and when they ask AI assistants like ChatGPT for a recommendation. I set up your free Google Business Profile, help you gather reviews and organise your site so AI assistants can understand and recommend you.
Practical AI help
Help with jobs buried in paperwork, using AI tools such as Claude: bids, tenders and grant applications, business plans, planning applications, making sense of financial or pension figures, and summarising legal documents. You don't need to know anything about AI.

Training is included at launch. Hosting and support can run month to month, cancel any time at no cost, and moving your site to you or another host is £299.

Before serva.digital, I spent more than 35 years in IT and digital, including 20 years in e-commerce. I've worked for four digital agencies, building websites for some of the UK's biggest brands, as well as for IT service providers and consultancies. The same planning, testing and care now goes into every small-business project, without agency overheads.
